Save the Date!

EmpowerMen’s next big conference has a date! The United Against Sexual Exploitation Conference 2027 will once again invite guests and speakers from across Canada (and beyond!) to the historic Fort Garry Hotel on March 17 & 18, 2027. The theme of this year’s event are the “3 Ps,” Prevention, Protection, and Prosecution, with EmpowerMen’s mission to engage men and boys to address sexual exploitation also being an overarching focus.

We have updated the title of the event, previously simply known as our Law Enforcement Conference, to reflect the wide range of voices and sectors present, including Indigenous leaders, law enforcement and justice representatives, survivors, service providers, advocates, educators, researchers, and more. The mission of the conference remains the same — bringing together passionate people to share actionable steps and solutions that will have a tangible impact. We continue to focus on the male demand that drives exploitation and services that focus on prevention and increase community awareness and safety.

Call for Presenters

With this conference, we’re putting out an open call for presenters. We’re looking for speakers that can share concrete results, provide new information about emerging trends and challenges related to exploitation and trafficking, or can highlight accomplishments and successes (including cross sector partnerships) in their respective fields.

Click the button to fill out the Call for Presenters form, which requires some information about you, what sector or background you represent, and a brief description of your proposed session. Speakers can choose to deliver a straightforward presentation or a workshop that offers some element of audience engagement or participation.

The deadline for proposals is August 14, 2026. We will communicate the decisions by the beginning of September.
